Responsibilities: |
1) Identify, access & develop potential capable customers.
2) Work with product department and Quality Engineers in developing Product
Quality Plan, to ensure continuous Quality ensure 98% & above service level
3) Support the obtainment of New Product Introduction metrics
4) Manage & Own the clients Relationship; Keep up clients' feedback and credit
report.
5) Build solid customer relationship with all level’s management in major
accounts organization.
6) This position will be managing & growing our industrial AL metrics business
sales and profitability through distribution and direct sales.
6) Adopt a Customer/end consumer viewpoint/mindset

Requirement: |
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, finance or related field.
2) two years of business experience
3) Knowledge/Experience of metals and metallurgical product related
manufacturing processes
4) Global perspective and customer focused.
5) Considerable knowledge of sources of supply, markets, price and commodity
trends
6) Excellent communication in both English and Chinese, interpersonal &
effective negotiation skills.
7) Teamwork orientated, self-motivated & able to work independently
8) High morale with excellent work ethic, integrity & attitude
