It's called special duralumin.2000 serial is Al and Cu
alloy.With higher strength and better cutting performance than A2017
alloy.Aluminium alloy 2024 has a very high strength, slightly higher than 2014.
High fatigue strength is used to an advantage on structures and parts where good
strength to weight ratio are required.It used in Airplane structural piece
(casing, framework, rib-beam and bulkhead), rivet, missile component, wheel
boss, propeller component and other structural components. |
